These unique kits are handcrafted with North American Cherry by DW in the California Custom Shop & wrapped in a stunning limited edition Black Sparkle. The Cherry shells feature HVX (horizontal-vertical-diagonal) SSC grain orientation that ensures versatility and a complete musical instrument. The tom and bass drum shells feature eight plies of Cherry with 45- and 60-degree back cut bearing edges, while snare drums feature 10 plies with a 45-degree back cut edge. Suitable for live or studio performance of multiple styles, Cherry offers bright attack, warm tonality, and balanced resonance.
